Step 1: Front 3/4 view
Full front angle. Show hood, bumper, grille, headlights. Stand back enough to capture the whole front end.
Step 2: Rear 3/4 view
Full rear angle. Show trunk or hatch, bumper, tail lights. Include quarter panels if possible.
Step 3: Engine bay
Open hood with engine visible. Include air intake, battery area, and fluid caps. Good lighting helps.
Step 4: Interior front
Dashboard, steering wheel, center console, front seats. Avoid reflections on the windshield.
Step 5: VIN plate
Close-up of the 17-character VIN. Usually on dashboard (driver side) or door jamb. Must be readable.
